Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about patient support, programmes, donations, documents and privacy.
Who can request patient support? +
A patient, guardian or authorised family member may submit a request. Assistance depends on verification, programme eligibility and available resources.
What support programmes are available? +
We work through four programmes: hospital nutrition, essential medicines and diagnostics, critical medical treatment support, and school/public sanitation infrastructure.
Does submitting a request guarantee assistance? +
No. Submission begins a review. The Foundation may check identity, medical need, financial circumstances, hospital details, consent and available funding.
Which documents may be required? +
Depending on the request, the team may ask for identity proof, medical reports, hospital estimates and appropriate patient or guardian consent. Do not upload sensitive documents publicly.
Can I donate to a specific programme or patient? +
Yes, where the programme or verified patient option is available. If a designated need closes or is fully funded, the Donation Policy explains how funds may be redirected responsibly.
Are donations refundable? +
Donations are generally final. Duplicate, incorrect, unauthorised or verified technical-error transactions may be reviewed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Will I receive a donation receipt or tax benefit? +
A receipt may be issued after verified payment using the details provided. Tax benefit, if any, depends on valid registrations, applicable law and complete donor information.
How is patient privacy protected? +
Medical and identity documents should remain private. Patient stories or photographs should be published only with appropriate consent and internal approval.
Can organisations partner through CSR or community initiatives? +
Yes. Organisations can contact the Foundation to discuss programme support, CSR partnerships, volunteering and community initiatives.
